CHÂTEAUTECH

In accordance with the provisions of Articles 6-III and 19 of Law No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on Confidence in the Digital Economy, known as L.C.E.N., users and visitors, hereinafter the “User”, of the CHÂTEAUTECH site, hereinafter the “Site”, are brought to the attention of users and visitors, hereinafter the “User”, of the CHÂTEAUTECH site, hereinafter the “Site”, the present legal notices.

Article 1 - The publisher

The Publishing Director is the Company CHÂTEAUTECH, hereinafter “the Publisher”.

Article 2 - The host

The host of the Site is the company Webflow, whose head office is located at 398 11th Street, 2nd Floor CA 94103 San Francisco.

Article 3 - Access to the site

The Site is accessible from any location, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, 24 hours a day except in cases of force majeure, interruption scheduled or not and which may result from a need for maintenance.

Article 4 - Data collection
