1890
Birth of the Château de L'Ille, work by Albert Serradell
Built in the heart of the Pyrénées Orientales, the Château de L'Ille was created under the impetus of Albert Serradell, a visionary industrialist from Saint-Laurent-de-Cerdans. Designed as a house of character, it combines the charm of classic lines with the Catalan soul. Its elegant architecture is then part of an exceptional natural landscape.
1980
The castle becomes a summer residence
Witnessing family memories and long sunny seasons, the castle begins a new life by becoming a summer residence. Its shaded park and its bright rooms now welcome laughter and shared moments, sheltered from time, between nature and heritage.
